Computers
We sell four models of Sigma computers, with wireless
option. Weve found these to be very reliable,
accurate and easy to install on different types of bikes.
We carry their heart monitors too. We love the excellent
warranty service from Chicago.

Lighting
The computers from Sigma were so reliable, we thought we’d try their lights. We’re just as happy, whether it’s an economy LED unit for around town or 15 watts of trail lighting power.
Knog lights were new here in 2008. Knog Frog mounts anywhere; helmet, seatpost, handlebar end, frame and comes in a bunch of cool colors.

Pumps
This is the sixth year for the Park Tool big blue floor pump. There are two other choices for floor pumps. All the pump models we sell have been used repeatedly and successfully in the shop. There’s a couple models we don’t sell, after they didn’t pass the test with our mechanics.
We have mini pumps for trail and road repairs too.

Bags
and Racks
We sell rack trunks, seat bags, hydration packs, touring panniers, grocery panniers, handlebar bags and the little things from which you eat food. For uniqueness there’s the grocery pannier sewn from 30 juice boxes by a Filipino women’s cooperative. It’s the only way to recycle a juice box!

Locks
and Bells
We have locks and bells. We have the perfect lock for the tri-cities. It is light, easily locks two bikes and the combination can be set to any four digits you choose!
We have the big ol’ heavy cable campus lock too for you Spartans, Lakers and Wolverines (alphabetical order, no preference inferred).

Pedals
We’re all about the Egg Beaters for mountain riding. We’re not against using them on the road, but we have other road models too. Honestly though, pedals are personal preference and there aren’t too many bad ones out there. We can easily get other pedals or give you a good deal on a new pair traded off a bike.

Saddles
Terry started the saddle revolution, first for womens
comfort and then for the other problems men have. WTB
has a quality and innovative line of comfortable mountain
and racing seats. Many WTB saddles are original equipment
on Giant womens and mens bikes.

Tires
Our ceiling above the service area is two feet deep
in tires. To name a few favorites, Michelin Pro Race
for road, Panaracer Fire XC Pro for Bass River Recreation
area, Country Rock for paved
mountain biking and the WTB Allterainasaurus for its
name.

Drivetrain
The sharpest parts company in the industry is Sram. They’ve done Grip Shift since the Seoul Olympics and improved it ever since. Sram has purchased Sachs (cog sets and the old Sedis chains), Truvativ, Rock Shox, Avid brakes and Zipp wheels and brought the same great customer service to those product lines. We use Grip Shift, and Sram chains and cogs in most repairs.
We like Race Face cranks too. Shimano works. We’re experience with Campagnolo, like since 1974, five speed.

Talk to Matt. He’ll rebuild when that’s the best option, recommend a proper replacement or even send your fork or unit to experts he knows if it’s beyond him.

Wheels
We have some of the coolest looking wheel rims around from Velocity USA. They come in a wide range of colors, from hot pink to green. The Helios wheelset features the Aerohead and Aerohead O/C rims, but uses special lightweight hubs and upgraded spokes.
We’re proud that most of our staff at Rock ‘n’ Road Cycle has built their own wheels, but you want Tim or Matt to build yours.
